材料
天貝 100克
堅果 40克
玉米粒100克
紅椒 60克
毛豆60克
調味料
鹽 適量
胡椒粉 適量
韓式甜辣醬 適量
作法
1、天貝、彩椒切丁備用
2、堅果事先入烤箱烤熟後切碎備用
3、鍋中入適量油,先將生毛豆入鍋炒,再加入少許水,至毛豆略軟
4、將天貝、彩椒、甜玉米放入鍋中翻炒
5、加入鹽巴、韓式甜辣醬調味
6、最加入裝盤、加上堅果碎即可。
Tri-color Tempeh
Original Recipe serves 2, suitable for sharing among 8 during the Lunar New Year festivities.
Ingredients:
- 100g Tempeh
- 40g Nuts
- 100g Corn Kernels
- 60g Red Bell Pepper
- 60g Edamame
Seasoning:
- Salt, to taste
- Black Pepper, to taste
- Korean Sweet Chili Sauce, to taste
Instructions:
Dice the tempeh and bell pepper, and set aside.
Roast the nuts in advance, then chop them into small pieces and set aside.
Heat a little oil in a pan, stir-fry the edamame until slightly softened, then add a little water until the edamame is tender.
Add the diced tempeh, bell pepper, and sweet corn to the pan and stir-fry.
Season with salt and Korean sweet chili sauce.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped nuts before serving.
