Original Recipe serves 4, suitable for sharing among 6 during the Lunar New Year festivities.
Ingredients:
300g Kale
100g Red Bell Pepper
100g Yellow Bell Pepper
200g Firm Tofu
10g Extra Virgin Olive Oil
20g Black Sesame Powder
Seasoning:
6g Salt
6g High-Purity Isomaltooligosaccharide Syrup
Instructions:
Wash the vegetables. Slice the kale, including the stems and leaves, into thin strips. Julienne the red and yellow bell peppers and set aside.
Slice the tofu into strips. Heat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the tofu until fragrant. Remove from the pan and let it cool.
In the same pan, stir-fry the kale for a moment. Then, add the tofu strips back into the pan and stir-fry until fragrant. Add salt and isomaltooligosaccharide syrup, mix well. Turn off the heat, then add the red and yellow bell peppers and mix well to preserve the vitamin C.
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with black sesame powder before serving.
